- Check BACS Calibration Bits at startup to detect uncalibrated C 20 modules Rev 3.2 [T3678]: Introducing "Hardware Mismatch/Calibration Bit error" : As soon as FW 1.76 starts, the system compares all Calibration Bits of every module with the reference values of the factory. If a module is found which is not correctly calibrated or has lost for any reason the calibration, the system shows this warning, but will continue to operate. Actions : The enduser should report this error message to our support and ask to replace the module against a calibrate one or get this module recalibrated.

Changed Functionality
- Stop BACS equalizing if voltage never converges [T3681]: At older battery systems being retrofitted with BACS it may happen that some batteries do not follow the BACS balancing signal and the voltage deviation does not perform as good as when the batteries were new. In such a case, this new function will watch the Equalizing performance. If the voltage windows does not show any improvement after 4 days (96 hours), the BACS system will trigger a warning and stop disable Equlization automatically if after 4 days (96 hours) without progress and the voltage differences between the batteries per string keeps wider than 0.5 Volt. This feature should make the enduser aware that his batteries have reached their designlife and that it is recommend to swap out those batteries which are not following the trimming signal from BACS.
- Improved BACS equalizing step response [T3677]: BACS has improved its Equalization functionaliy to improve the efficiency. From this version, BACS will start with 100% Equaliziation on all batteries until these start following the trimming signal and move towards the target voltage. As soon as the batteries start correcting their voltages, the BACS system will lower the equalisation power to improve the energy balance.
