You can find out the hardware revision of your device via its web interface. Go to the "System > About" page to view the details of your device. There, under the "Hardware" section, the item "Features" is listed, indicating which hardware revision your device has: Either "hw141" or "hw161" - if neither shows up there then it's "hw141".
